How do I check in ?
• Refer to correspondence for check in information for the villa you are staying in.
• Upload all passports to the relevant check in link you have been sent.
• Check the villa and contact Melanie to communicate you have everything you need, that you have arrived safely and all is well with no breakages or malfunctions within 6 hours of arrival to the property.
• To enter the property check your correspondence for a key box code for a self check in or look at your booking confirmation for check in instructions pre arrival.
How do I check out ?
• Make sure you know the check out time.
• Turn AC/heaters/radiators off.
• Ensure all food and rubbish has be taken to the public bins.
• Ensure you have paid your tourist tax (2.2 euros per night per person).
• Close all windows and lock the back and front doors.
• Take the cushions on of the weather is bad.
• Message us to inform us you have checked out.
Can I park at the properties ?
Yes, ample parking.
Villa Marque
If you are staying at Villa Marque, there is only one small parking spot in the garage which is for a small car otherwise street parking is free 200 metre right of exiting the property.
Are there any local shops open ?
Shops usually close on Sundays and public/local holidays.
What documents do I need to bring ?
Passport and driving license if hiring a car.
Can you drink the water ?
Please avoid drinking the water from the tap.
Is anyone there to answer my questions ?
Yes – we will be here to answer any questions you might have.
I broke something - what happens ?
We will provide you with a receipt of the cost of the item – you will then make a transfer of that amount before you check out.
How do I request extra cleaning or services ?
Extra cleaning can be requested before your arrival within Melanie M 683284055.
Extra services – chef, bikes, boats, excursion’s can also be organised with Melanie.
What do I do with the rubbish during and after my stay ?
If rubbish is left behind we have to organise a rubbish disposal company to pick up the bags and waste which will cost you 150 – 200 euros min depending how much has been left behind.
Leaving food invites unwanted animals into the property and the situation worsens in increased temperatures.
